US: 6 Movie Theaters Closed After Shots Fired

After people said they heard gunshots, the cops in Alamance Crossing, Burlington, had to clear six theatres.
Saturday night, around 9:45 PM, several people told Burlington police that they heard gunshots inside Carousal Cinemas.
The Burlington cops and the North Carolina highway patrol got there quickly and started looking for the person.
The police shut down six movie screens in the mall and searched. There were no bombs or guns found at the scene.
There were no signs of shots being fired or anyone getting hurt. There was no real danger in the area.
A potentially dangerous and confusing situation was avoided when the cops safety moved the people out of the area and did a check, which showed that there was no real threat.
