‘V’ Actor Passes Away

The sudden demise of John Kottoly, who featured in films such as Sammohanam, Falaknuma Das, and Manu has shocked many. Many actors, supporting artists, and filmmakers of Tollywood have paid their condolences. John passed away on Tuesday morning due to a cardiac arrest. He was a very talented actor, who did different roles in short films as well.

In the film Manu, he played a key role named ‘Akbar’ for which he gained a lot of praise from the audience. He was also seen in big films such as Mahanati and Naga Chaitanya’s film ‘Yuddham Saranam’. As a supporting artist, John gained good fame in Tollywood. He was also well-known as a diction coach. He got popular with his role as Ranga Rao in Gods of the Dharmapuri web series.

Sai Rajesh, the director of Hrudaya Kaleyam revealed the news of John Kottoly's death. Expressing his grief, hero Sudheer Babu said that his sudden death is unfortunate and said that he played a key role in his upcoming film with Mohanakrishna Indraganti ‘V’. “Untimely demise of @JohnKottoly is unfortunate. He played the director role in #Sammohanam and also a role in #VTheMovie ... Watched several of his short films and always liked his style of performance. Thoughts for his soul,” he wrote.

Rahul Rama Krishna, Suhas, Director Mohanakrishna, and others said 'goodbye' to the actor. “Shattered by the news of John Kottoly’s demise!!! John, what a great guy you are!!! And how much I will miss you as a person and an actor. Rest In Peace, my friend! I pray for strength to the family. This is terrible news,” Mohanakrishna tweeted.
