‘V’ Movie Postponed!

Coronavirus is badly affecting the lives of the people. However, safety measures are being followed by the people and the Telangana government, too, has warned everyone to be careful and ordered the closure of schools, colleges, and other educational institutions until 31 March 2020. But it seems the cinema industry got a discount here. Government asked the cinema halls to be closed until 21 March 2020.
Also, a few movies which had to be released this month have been postponed for people’s safety. The most-awaited Telugu film ‘V’ in which Natural star Nani and Sudheer Babu are playing villain and hero, respectively, has also been postponed to April 2020. The date is yet to be revealed. The movie had to be released on 25 March 2020, but the coronavirus had a bad effect on this film too.
The movie team felt that the safety of people comes first and announced the postponement. “Due to the prevailing extraordinary conditions which are beyond our control, #VTheMovie stands postponed,” Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations tweeted. “The recent outbreak of Corona made us think about our responsibility to keep the health and safety of the public in mind,” it added.
Sharing the news, Nani said that we should kill Corona in March and have to celebrate Ugadi in April! Speaking about V, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari are playing leading ladies while Mohanakrishna Indraganti is helming the project. While Sudheer Babu will be seen as a cop in the film, the poster shared by Nani recently hints that he will also be seen as a police officer in the movie!
