VD Pays Tribute To Puneeth Rajkumar

Sensational hero Vijay Deverakonda, who is currently waiting for the release of his upcoming movie Liger, paid his respects to late actor Puneeth Rajkumar at his memorial in Bengaluru on Aug 19. The Kannada superstar suffered a huge heart attack and passed away on Oct 29, 2021.

He was 46 years old and Vijay, who is in Bengaluru for the film promotions, visited the memorial of Mr Rajkumar along with leading actress Ananya Panday and paid a floral tribute to the late actor.

As per reports, the team of Liger will promote the film at Mantri Mall in the city on Friday. The film, Liger is set to hit the theatres on August 25. The pan-India movie features the Rowdy actor essaying a MMA fighter. Mike Tyson, Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy will be seen in crucial roles. Besides directing the movie, Puri Jagannadh has also bankrolled it under his Puri Connects in association with Karan Johar’s production house Dharma Productions.
