Venkatesh’ Narappa Teaser Is Out

The makers of Venkatesh Daggubati’s upcoming movie ‘Narappa’ have released the special teaser on the special event of the veteran actor’s 60th birthday on Sunday. The teaser will showcase both the young and old version of the Venkatesh, the 26-second video featured only the latter in an intense mood.
With a sickle in hand, the star looks fierce as he gets prepared to attack his enemies. The background music composed for the original film has been retained in Narappa as well and it is electrifying. After a long gap due to pandemic situation, the shooting of the film has resumed in the first week of November and as per the reports, the makers have shot some pivotal climax scenes on the principal cast which has Venkatesh, Priyamani, Rajeev Kanakala, Rao Ramesh, and others.
The sequences which have the younger version of the protagonist are left to be canned, while Priyamani is stepping into the shoes of Manju Warrier in this Telugu remake, Amala Paul is likely to essay the role played by Ammu Abhirami in the original. Helmed by Srikanth Addala, the remake went on floors in January at Anantapur district and a high-octane action scene has been shot on Venkatesh & Co at the TheriKaadu desert.
The upcoming film is jointly produced by original producer Kalaipuli S Thanu and Suresh Babu. While Mani Sharma has been roped in to compose the music for the film and Shyam K Naidu is handling the camera.
