Vijay D With Vivek Athreya For His Next!

Vijay Deverakonda is getting both hits and flops in his career. Though he acted in a few films before Pelli Chupulu, none of them gave him a break. But ‘Pelli Chupulu’ made him an overnight star. And then he appeared in ‘Dwaraka’ which was a disaster. Later, he worked hard and appeared in a whole new look and unique character in ‘Arjun Reddy’. This film became a blockbuster, though faced a lot of criticism.

After Arjun Reddy, Vijay acted in ‘Ye Mantram Vesave’ which was a flop and played a cameo role later in the film ‘Mahanati’. After this, his ‘Geetha Govindam’ was again a super hit. Like-wise, he is seeing both hits and flops in his film journey. Recently, his film World Famous Lover was released and remained an average grosser.

Currently, he is working under the direction of Puri Jagannadh for his next film ‘Fighter’. The shoot of the film is halted because of the lockdown. It will be resumed once the situation gets better and the release date of the film will also be announced then. In this film, Vijay will be seen as a fighter and he has also taken martial arts training for this. Bollywood beauty Ananya Pandey is playing the leading lady.

According to the sources, after completing the film ‘Fighter’, Vijay will work under the direction of Vivek Athreya. However, the news is yet to be confirmed. Vivek Athreya has earlier directed the film ‘Brochevarevaru Ra’ which became a super hit for its creative quotient.
