Vijayashanthi Not Interested To Work With Megastar Chiranjeevi?

Veteran actress, Vijayashanti made a comeback after a 13 year gap to act in Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru which was released this year on the eve of Sankranthi. She has worked in over 175 films with a career spanning 3 decades, with almost all the stars of Tollywood and carving a niche in 80s and 90s, Vijayashanti was the actress who could match steps with Megastar Chiranjeevi in any movie. During the promotional event of Sarileru Neekevvaru, she said that she is ready to act with Chiranjeevi if she gets a right chance and project.

Recently in a media interaction Vijayashanti said that she is no longer interested in acting with Chiranjeevi. The lady Amitabh said that, “I am not interested in acting with Chiranjeevi or any other actor because, currently I am busy in my political activities and I am not interested in acting field anymore.”

Few people are aware that the actress didn’t designate for herself for almost a ten years into her career, due to a botched up tonsillectomy at the age of 11. Earlier during an interview, she had said that, “The doctors assured me that my voice would get better with age, I was disturbed. But later on, when I started to take up the tougher roles, I started to dub for myself.”
