Because of TS-iPASS, there are now 1,825 large manufacturing units in Warangal. These units have attracted an impressive Rs.5,960 crore in investment.
Since Telangana was made, there have been a lot more job chances in the old district of Warangal. This is a very interesting change. With the help of the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TS-iPASS), 1,825 large industrial units have been set up in the district, bringing in an amazing Rs.5,960 crore investment.
The Warangal District Collector, P. Pravinya, talked about how this growth in the industry has been good and how 709 businesses have been given permission under TS-iPASS. Because of this amazing accomplishment, 18,366 people in the district now have jobs, bringing wealth to many families.
Kakatiya Mega Textile Park was established in Warangal by the State government to modernize the Textile and Apparel industry by providing cutting-edge facilities for production and a unified, shared infrastructure. The Kakatiya Mega Textile Park is being built and put into use in stages. It covers an area of 1190 acres.
The Kakatiya Mega Textile Park is a big step forward in the region's economic development, and it shows that the government is still committed to making it easy for the Textile and Apparel industry to grow. It's expected to create about 100,000 jobs when it's fully running. Notably, the new Kitex industry, which will be built with a big investment of Rs 1 trillion, hopes to hire 10,000 people, which will help the district's economy even more.
