Whopping Remuneration For Happening Hero

In Tollywood, it is not that easy to get remuneration in crores as it requires a lot of craze and a few continuous hits at least. Now, a rumor is doing rounds on social media that Vijay Devarakonda will get Rs 48 crores from Yash Raj Films for a multi-lingual project. Currently, Vijay is said to be getting Rs 8 crore as his remuneration. If his World Famous Lover and Fighter become hits, then there are chances that his remuneration may get hiked up to 3 crores, but it is highly unbelievable if someone says Vijay is getting Rs 48 crores now.

Also, his recent outing Dear Comrade failed to impress the audience for unknown reasons. So, there are no chances for this sudden hike in his remuneration. Even if he enters Bollywood, he cannot get more than Rs 3 crore initially as the competition is very high there. And there are no chances to get more money from Kollywood as his ‘Nota’ failed drastically there and people there won’t care much for his films.

Then how this kind of rumor is going strong on the internet is still a mystery. It might be a creation of some fan as there is no official confirmation from Yash Raj Films. We can take this rumor on a lighter note until Yash Raj Films or Vijay Speaks upon it.

It is also said that Yash Raj Films initially contacted Prabhas, but he is yet to decide on this and so they have approached Vijay Devarakonda and offered this huge amount as remuneration. Vijay is working on World Famous Lover, releasing on February 14, 2020. After wrapping up WFL, he will start shooting for Puri Jagannadh’s Fighter.
