YS Jagan Corona Test Result

Coronavirus pandemic is still making people suffer all over the world. Also, there is a lack of isolation beds, masks, corona testing kits and other equipment, taking away many lives. Recently, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan has undergone a corona test and luckily, he is tested negative. It is quite essential that CMs of all the states should take corona tests as it is not easy for them to follow social distancing because of their works.

Doctors examined Jagan using a Rapid Testing Kit which was bought by the State Government from South Korea. The Andhra Pradesh Government purchased 1 lakh rapid COVID-19 testing kits, which can generate results in just ten minutes. These kits were brought to AP on a special chartered flight from South Korea.

Jagan launched these kits at the CM’s camp office in Tadepalli on Friday and assured that these kits will be used for community testing in the state. South Korea is also exporting these kits to the US and Europe. Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has given the approval to use these kits for testing.

However, there is a talk that these rapid testing kits are recognizing the virus only after one week. Also, many people who initially tested positive and recovered are again testing positive. The central government is working continuously to stop the Coronavirus pandemic. However, the support of the citizens too is needed now.
