YSRCP MLA Opposes Jagan’s Three Capitals Idea

YSRCP leader and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came up with an idea of having 3 capitals for the Andhra Pradesh, similar to
The three suggested capitals are Visakhapatnam as the executive capital, Amaravati as the Legislative capital and Kurnool as the judiciary capital. However, he didn’t get much support from the TDP leaders.
While there is no response and criticism from the Rayalaseema and North Andhra region, TDP leaders hailing from the central coast district have strongly opposed the move. Pawan Kalyan found it better to remain silent on the topic and not put his ideas forward.
MLA named Srinivas Reddy has openly opposed the move and suggested retaining Amaravati's normal stature. He said that making Amaravati the Legislative capital will not bring any good to its people and instead it's better to keep its executive identity. He also said that the administrative setup too should remain in Amaravati for better coordination and quick decisions.
