YSRCP is likely to receive support from 20 TDP MLA’s – Jagan’s support not yet clear.

After a shocking defeat in the current Lok Sabha Elections 2019, it is obvious that Chandrababu Naidu has yet to recover from the consequences. As per sources, TDP has to yet come out of the shocking defeat faced against YSRCP during elections.
With the results been declared, it is certain that TDP is currently only having the support of 23 seats from an overall number of 175 seats in the previous year. It is also noticed that the current Lok Sabha elections have offered TDP its worst defeat as compared to election results for the last 37 years.
After confirmations made by YSRCP head, it is obvious that final results would leave TDP with only three seats in Assembly polls. This was also confirmed by CM of Andhra Pradesh state after the confirmations received from yet another set of 20 MLAs who are willing to join hands with YSRCP.
As per sources, many MLAs have been trying their best to join the YSRCP party to stay in the cabinet, but no confirmations have yet been made by Jagan himself.
As per further confirmations, Jagan has clearly stated that he has no will to accept YSRCPs offer for joining hands with them. It is also certain that the MLAs are still waiting for confirmation from YSRCP and legislative party to merge YSRCP and TDP into one single party. As per speakers, it is obvious that the decision is only a part of the formality that was earlier conducted between TRSLP and CLP between MLCs in Congress in Telangana state.
The confirmation of merging the two parties would only be finalized once it has been approved by Jagan himself. This condition would further avoid MLAs to propose their anti-defection law to the legislative assembly.
