Australia all prepared for its voting season
Saturday 18th April 2019 – Australia is all prepared for its voting season. It is expected that more Australians are participating in the ongoing elections, which was also one of its kind that was organized, keeping in mind the climate policy.
As per resources, over 17 million local people are expected to cast their vote this season within major polling boots across the vast spread continent. As per ratings, it is also certain that the opposition party (Centre-left labor Party) hopes to win with majority votes.
Australian Prime Minister, Bill Shorten, shall also be casting his vote at Melbourne polling booth. With his victory, he expects to form the government with majority candidates belonging to his cabinet.
As Australia follows a democratic government system, so the day was addressed by him as “people’s day”. This offers them with rights to elect their preferred leader for next general tenure.
As climate is of major concerns for most Australians, so the party has set climate change as its major agenda to focus on winning this campaign. It was also remarked by him that the Liberals lead by Prime Minister Scott Morrison’s guidance have already closed the doors for victory on account of their negative campaigns
They focused on targeting elderly group of local people and voters who are not eligible for facing tax related issues, under the labor laws.
As per Morrison, it is also obvious that for the first time, in many years, this election would see close outcomes for both sides. As far as voters are concerned, they are more focused on climate change related issues for this voting season.
