Chandrababu Changed the Meaning of White Paper!
AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu has changed the definition of White Paper to match his political needs. From Sunday, Naidu has started releasing a series of “white papers” on various issues.
He began with the release of a white paper on the implementation of AP Reorganisation Act, 2014, in which he blamed Modi for not delivering the promises made to the state.
The white paper is a policy document of the government, seeking to present various programmes and policies were taken up by it and the status of their implementation.
But instead of explaining the status of implementation of his government’s policies and programmes through white papers, Chandrababu is using them to blame others.
He said the BJP government didn’t respect the Constitution of India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi had shown an empty hand to the state government.
"We thought that the PM would grant funds for the development of Amaravati when he took part in the Bhoomi puja," said Naidu.
He also said that Centre has not released the money spent by the state government in Polavaram.
Naidu also said that the government allotted lands for all institutions and constructed compound walls.
"A total of Rs 12,000 crore need to be released on revenue deficit gap funding," he added.
