Jana Sena Chief :Bharat Ratna Award To Pingali Venkayya

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan paid rich tributes to Pingali Venkayya, freedom fighter and national flag designer on the occasion of his 146th birth anniversary.

In a press release, the actor turned politicianJana Sena chief stated that it is great pride for Telugu people as Pingali was born on the land of Telugu state.

The Jana Sena president recalled Pingali's contribution to freedom struggle, stating that his design of the national flag brought people together to oppose British rule.
