Will Hyderabad's Charminar be destroyed by Hydraa?
For whatever reason, throughout the past two weeks, Telangana's key political discussions have revolved around HYDRAA. Sooner or later, as was inevitable, HYDRAA was subject to legal scrutiny following the filing of a case in the Telangana High Court concerning the agency's jurisdiction.
The HC summoned AV Ranganath, the head of HYDRAA, to provide an explanation of the techniques and sources used in the agency's demolition procedures.
"Who issues the directives for HYDRAA, and what property should be demolished and when? In certain instances, the agency served the required 48-hour demolition notice and completed the work in 40 hours. What is the cause of the differences?
